A Yin Yang Flow opening with a meditation, leading into a short yin sequence to open the body. The passive postures will prepare the body for active movement as we move into a vinyasa practice. Creating heat in the body, fuelling the practice with the breath, we will finish with a short restorative sequence to nourish and restore the body. We look forward to practicing with you.
