Mandala is a method of yoga, a dynamic vinyasa practice cushioned between Yin yoga to both challenge and nourish you. Each sequence is determined by the element we are working with, and follows the lines of meridians determined by the element.
The actual practice of Mandala is strong, and empowering, and participation in this class requires an already existing Yoga practice.
Both of us have studied this Method and are so excited to offer this as a monthly practice. We look forward to sharing this practice and travelling through the elements together. Better yet, its on a Wednesday !
